Monthly Drop-in – Berwick Sports and Leisure Centre
Each month we’ll be holding drop-in sessions, in all five local council areas of the county. These drop-in sessions are a chance for residents to tell us about their experiences of NHS and social care services and use our Signposting and Information Service. Just call in or if you’d prefer to make a specific appointment for one of the sessions, please get in touch.

Berwick Drop-in Event
We have an extra #HereToHear drop-in session this month at Berwick Voluntary Forum, TD15 1NG. We’ll be there from 10am-12pm for you to call in and tell us your experiences of NHS and social care, and we’d especially like your views on using GP services:
We’re helping the NHS locally to find out which healthcare professional at your GP practice you prefer to see, how quickly you would like to be seen, how far you would be willing to travel and your thoughts on telephone and video consultations.
Your views are really important as they will be used in decisions about any future changes to the way people access GP services in Northumberland.
Pop by and see us if you’re in the area – you can pick up a paper copy to take home or leave your thoughts with us. We’ll also be in Cramlington, Haltwhistle, Blyth and Morpeth during Feb:

This month we’d particularly like to hear about your experiences of using GP services. We’re helping our local NHS find out more about which healthcare professional at your GP practice you prefer to see, how quickly you would like to be seen and how far you would be willing to travel for an appointment.
We’d also like to know if weekend and evening appointments are useful to you and if you prefer a telephone or video consultation or a face to face appointment with your GP, nurse or other healthcare professional at your surgery.
Your views are really important as they will be used in decisions about any future changes to the way people access GP services in Northumberland.
